Required Competencies and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Building: You will be responsible for and therefore require proven experience building robust relationships and will be responsible for transitioning this experience to allow you to become our customers ‘trusted advisor.’ You will have a depth of understanding of all Babington programmes and solutions and will be confident to recommend the appropriate solutions which meet the customer's needs and generate solid pipeline of business.

Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience managing customer accounts, with the responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, and account growth through repeat business and/or new programmes and services.


Minimum of 12 months’ proven work experience with the ability to demonstrate competence in business development, sales or account management role.


Minimum of 12 months previous experience communicating, establishing, engaging and influencing a wide set of key customer stakeholders.


A good understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape, including funding, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will be able to demonstrate your previous proven experience supporting customers to implement apprenticeships, within FMCG/ logistics market.

Your new company

A large Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm, This is a long term opportunity to start as soon as possible.


Your new role

The role will be to provide reception cover for a very busy school. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto SIMS, dealing with dinner monies and using adsum4. You will at times be required to deal with parents who can at times be difficult.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
