About The Role

Fern Lodge is a small care home providing living accommodation for up to 8 adults with learning disabilities, we are set in extensive grounds and gardens, and everyone has their own large room with bedroom, living area and ensuite bathroom. There are currently six people living at Fern Lodge and with a variety of needs. Your working day will be varied, interesting and rewarding, with opportunity to participate in a variety of training opportunities and develop yourself.

Within the same grounds is Cypress Gardens, incorporating 8 individual supported living flats where you will enable individuals to develop their ability to maintain independence and grow in confidence through support and encouragement.
