We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced support workers to join our night staff floating team at Dimensions.
As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of Dimensions locations, backing up core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise needed to provide positive and engaging support.
We have the ambition to help people get the most out of life, including the people we support and our staff. We provide training and mentoring to help you progress in this varied and engaging role.
THIS IS A ROLE THAT COVERS BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH, POOLE, AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. DUE TO THE LARGE AREA THAT WE COVER, A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL.
Hours are guaranteed and shifts are booked 4-6 weeks in advance to give you the best work/life balance.
