Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer
Location: Prestige Support Centre, Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000pa
Duration: Fixed Term Contract - Initial 12 months
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9-5

Your role at Prestige:
The role of the Web Developer (Full Stack) is to support the Development Team in developing and maintaining the in-house Enterprise systems to meet the constantly evolving requirements of our business.
The role will include meeting with relevant stakeholders within the organisation to attain a specification of required development, set deliverables and timeframes, and complete the work to a high standard.
As part of the role, you will also be required to create high level dashboard and reporting for the business, through Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate
The role will also require liaising with outside organisations to complete successful API integrations between any external products, and the in-house Enterprise system.
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Deliver against the project requirements as set by the business.
- Mitigate and identify risk to systems through pending changes.
- Work within the IT team to achieve the company's objectives.
- Ability to adopt analytical and objective approach to problem solving.
- Ability to apply the IT skills learned at university or from training in a business environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies, applications, programming languages etc.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop new user-friendly web applications to be used within the organisation.
- To maintain existing web applications.
- To create and maintain high level PowerBI Dashboards and Reports.
- Troubleshoot any functionality or performance issues.
- Test websites and applications thoroughly in different browsers and environments to ensure they perform as expected.
- Be efficient, organised, and able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
General Responsibilities:
- Occasionally support with the day-to-day responsibilities of the team when required.
- Be a champion for internal customer service.
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.
Key Attributes/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- A degree in Computing / Computer Science (or similar)
- Proven experience of working in Web Development
- Have a good working knowledge of Web Technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Have a good working knowledge of databases, SQL Server.
- Be capable of maintaining existing HTML, PHP, and MSSQL Code.
- Have a good working knowledge and experience using PowerBI.
- Solid understanding of web development best practices and design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage and maintain several tasks and projects concurrently and to prioritise work accordingly.
