A Complex Care Support Worker is a professional who helps individuals with complex needs to live independently and access the local community. They are trained, skilled, experienced and highly qualified professionals who work as part of a team to carry out a range of tasks and duties to support individuals with the physical and mental aspects of their health condition. What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?

Administrative Officers are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system. To do so your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
• Producing court/tribunal documents.
• General photocopying and filing.
• Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
• Post opening and dispatch.
• Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms.

You will also support in clerking the courtroom, which will involve:

• Assisting the judge and managing the courtroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
• Implementing any updates and informing the judge.
• Speaking aloud in the courtroom and acting as liaison between jury and judge.
• Sitting beside the judge and using computers to change slides or show evidence as needed.
• Preparing all the case papers for the judge to make sure they are fully prepared for court.

Once trained it will be expected that you work across both of the Grimsby sites, these are only about a 5-minute walk apart.

We are looking to recruit a professional and experienced Project Manager to join our long running Housing Related support service in North East Lincolnshire. Working alongside a team of support workers, and the Mental Health Operations Manager, you will ensure the service provides flexible and bespoke, outcome-focused support packages to vulnerable single people, couples and families and expectant mothers over the age of sixteen to maintain their accommodation independently or who require HRS to access accommodation.

You will offer support the Operations Manager to line manage a staff team to ensure that they are working to meet service user goals and aspirations. You will also undertake a range of holistic assessments. You will work in a strengths based way to understand service user needs, and risk, creating support plans and accurate records on our ECCO system.

You will have an eye for quality and a high level of empathy. You will promote a positive culture in our service and work to ensure that our service users meet their potential.

We're looking for a Partner Support Team Manager to join us at Nisa and help us to deliver a best-in-class customer service to our retailers. We'll also look to you to oversee the business reception duties and Consumer Queries. You'll support with the training and development of nine colleagues and monitor the day-to-day output of tasks making sure we are adhering to business requirements and our retailers get everything they need to give shoppers a great experience

What you'll do
- Understand and lead the day-to-day tasks for a team of ten direct reports, taking on all line management responsibilities for these colleagues: coaching, developing, and supporting their professional development
- Monitor team performance to make sure we are meeting business needs and identify any learning and development needs
- Investigate and solve any issues that may arise day to day and implement preventative measures for future
- Understand compliance legislation and consider future risks; you'll update procedures in line with legislation and upskill the team accordingly
- Lead or be involved in continuous improvement projects

This role would suit people who have
- Experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing a team with the ability to clearly communicate
- Good IT skills particularly proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas)

The roles working hours are 9am-5pm, Mon - Thurs and 9am-4pm on Fridays.

This role requires an experienced receptionist for all daily admin duties, answering phones and the greeting clients in the office so you must hold excellent people skills, phone manners and a clear communicator. Experience in IT, using different systems and attention to detail are also non-negotiables.
