Yohden Care Complex

Yohden Hall Care Complex is a versatile care facility divided into three units offering specialist care. Nursing care is offered at Yohden Hall; Yohden Lodge provides dementia nursing care; and a residential unit, Yohden Court, is available for service users with learning difficulties. Respite stays and day care are also available. En-suite bedrooms are available and a modern lounge and dining rooms are provided on each unit. Duties and responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:

1. Technically proficient in initiating, performing and completing assigned duties in providing care to variable patient populations including hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, congestive heart failure and other chronic diseases in addition to limited dermatology care..
2. What does a live-in carer do?
As a live-in care assistant in Scotland, you’ll provide personalised care that enables clients to stay in their own homes. We offer flexible rota patterns to help you balance work and personal life, and we welcome carers with at least six months of professional experience. You’ll stay with your client during your chosen rota pattern, caring for one person (or sometimes a couple) and following a tailored care plan. Main Responsibilities

As a Training Facilitator, you will:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse settings and audiences.

• Create bespoke training programs and deliver recognised programs such as Oliver McGowan.
• Provide advice, guidance, and support to care providers to promote and achieve best practices.
• Participate in quality assurance activities including evaluation and self-assessment to drive continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate
What You Will Bring:

• A proven track record in developing and delivering training programs to adult learners.
• Relevant work experience within a social care provider setting.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with staff at all levels and build effective relationships with stakeholders and other professionals.

What You Will Have:

• A Level 3 qualification in training and/or assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in information and communication technology.
• Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to travel independently across the county as required.

The Role

• The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Inspects premises in and bordering the quarantine zone, and investigates additions to or losses of livestock from such herds.
• Makes periodic inspections of vacated premises to detect bad fences, cattle tracks, or other evidence of illegal use of the premises.
