The Role
Reporting to our COO, this role will be responsible for the operational support functions of Food and Beverage, Guest Experience, Security, Health and Safety and Maintenance. This includes how they support and integrate with the hotels in terms of providing guidance, support and technical assistance where required, in order to deliver all areas of the Compass dashboard and to remain compliant.
In addition, the Head of Operational Support will:
* Work closely with Procurement through tendering processes, and subsequent review meetings, in order to ensure that SLA's are being delivered and that hotels are achieving best value. Specifically supporting on the management our third party Housekeeping suppliers
* Work closely with Head of Operational Finance to explore opportunities for cost efficiencies across all lines of the P&L including labour modelling
* Contribute to various operational projects across the business, including being Project Sponsor where instructed by the Chief Operating Officer or Head of PMO
* Ensure that, alongside the brand team, the Brand Operating Standards for each brand are continually reviewed and updated to drive consistency and guest satisfaction, measured on a regular basis, whilst maintaining adequate brand differentiation
* Be the Pillar Lead for the Greener Futures element of the Clermont Hotel Group ESG strategy, which includes chairing quarterly Greener Futures meetings with a focus on Energy, Waste, Water and Carbon initiatives
* Support the Chief Operating Officer in ensuring that robust FF&E plans are in all assets and are being executed on a timely basis
What we look for
* A proven track record of delivery within multiple Hotel General Management roles and ideally in an environment with a strong Food and Beverage focus
* Experience of developing and implementing an effective strategies
* Demonstrable and proven experience of working commercially, creatively and operationally within the hospitality industry
* Experience of working with and influencing key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results
