The MPGS provides professional soldiers to meet armed security requirements at Royal Navy, Army, RAF and other MOD bases across the UK Mainland. Our primary role is to counter the terrorist threat posed to military bases within the UK

Our duties include:

Security incident management - Such as suspicious packages, bomb threats, protests, etc.

Patrolling site perimeters - Taking necessary action to preserve perimeter security.

Controlling entry and exit - Managing control room and gate operations and ensuring all visitors are dealt with efficiently.

Military Working Dog services (at selected sites).

About The Role
As a Smart Meter Support Engineer you will support the business by visiting various properties throughout the day and undertake work on Smart Meters on a non-technical basis in both domestic and commercial buildings. The Smart Support Engineer with use a hand help device to carry out works, once completed all details of the visits must be records on the tablet which will allow records of new and existing customers to be updated. There is no live electric work, so no previous technical qualifications are required.
An example of some of the activities you will be required to complete: re-communication processes on Gas and Electric Smart Meters - changing sims cards, modems and small gain aerials, re-joining smart devices to the network whilst in contact with energy companies, exchanging batteries on gas token meters, installation of high gain aerials on externals of the property using ladders, completion of site surveys and other supporting work that require a field based engineer to visit properties.
You need to be located within IP/NR postcodes.
You will be contracted to work 40 hours over Monday-Friday, consisting of shifts between 08:00-20:00.

Due to the nature of the work we carry out successful applicants must pass a Colour sight deficiency test and hold a full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).

Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with other members of the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of MH care pathway. Ensure, and clarify where necessary, the patient pathways through mental health services. Undertake initial assessments and reviews including the formulation of care plans to meet the identified needs of the patient. Undertake Risk Assessments and formulate risk management plans as per Trust policies. Regular attendance and participation at the clinical meetings that facilitate discussion of patient/client needs and ensure a shared approach to care, treatment and risk management where necessary. Job Description:

• Organising and controlling the operations of the Cafe to provide dining and catering services.

• Planning and organising special functions at the Cafe.

• Maintaining records of required stock levels and financial transactions of the Cafe.

Applicant must have:

Completed a Diploma of Hospitality and a minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar position.

Liver Surveillance Programme (LSP) – Project Support will support the hepatology team to fulfil the national requirement for a robust Liver Surveillance registry.

The EoE Cancer Alliances have worked collaboratively with Eclipse and the NHS Cancer Programme National Team to create a live interactive database to support the

LSP across the EoE Region by creating additional functionality into Eclipse database to:
• Improve the efficiency of attendance to appropriate LSP by providing reminders to patients.
• Integrate imaging and pathology results.
• Create a bespoke EoE protected service enabling clinicians to enter data into the standardised platform.
• Enable a ‘live’ audit and research in an IG compliant manner

This post is advertised as a 12 month fixed term / secondment, however there may be a possibility of an extension, dependant on national funding
• To identify patients that should be on the LSP that are not currently listed, including those that have failed to attend and / or are lost to follow-up.
• To populate the mandatory field template in relation to the Eclipse portal to ensure the named patient has been added to the portal with all relevant details.
• To work with the hepatobiliary service to ensure all patients that should be listed on the LSP registry are added appropriately.
• Ability to access local hospital patient administration systems and data to identify appropriate patients.
• To add newly identified patients to LSP as identified by the local service.
• To contact patients that are lost to follow-up or disengaged with LSP and support them back into the surveillance programme.

To provide mental health provision in Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe General Hospital. To function autonomously and competently at Band 6 level when undertaking assessments, including managing volume and demand in the busy and sometimes challenging ED working environment and across the wards at SMH/WGH. Arrange and provide brief evidence-based psycho-social treatments for patients who have self-harmed. Support timely and safe discharge from the wards across SMH and for older adults admitted to WGH. This work will include working closely with the acute Trust to avoid unnecessary prolonged lengths of stay in the hospital environment, including avoidance of breaching referral to assessment time targets. Contribute to reducing unnecessary inpatient admissions to secondary care and to support and maintain appropriate care packages for patients as an alternative to admission.
