Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
· Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
Manning of General Office counter;
· Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
· Assist in general administrative and student related duties
§ Follow up with absentees
§ Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
§ Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
§ Guide staff for incident report
§ Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
§ Updating of daily student attendance
· Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
· Assist in other office or admin duties assigned
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
· At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
· At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
· Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
· Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
· Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
