Location - Slough
Full Time Position (37.5 hours per week) - £13.08 per hour

Lead Support Workers will be supporting ladies who are aged in their 40's-60's, and are have learning disabilities, to enjoy a full and varied life. They would be happy to meet a Lead Support Worker who would like to get involved in activities such as:
- Going out for meals in town.
- Music sessions at home with visiting local musicians.
- Dance sessions.
- Days out shopping.
- Visiting Thames Valley Adventure Playground.
- Pampering sessions including manicures and pedicures.
These ladies would like you to know that although they don't all use words to communicate, they can understand you and have a variety of ways of telling you what they want.
Lead Support Workers hold responsibilities around rota, audits and delegations.
