• Supervise a team of employees and volunteers tasked with performing Recreation Fee Program related duties including assigning work, preparing schedules, evaluating work performance, effect minor disciplinary measures, interview candidates for positions in the unit; recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions.
• Perform assignments in accordance with all regulations governing the handling of government funds and separation of duties.
• Serve as a technical authority for the resolution of especially difficult or sensitive technical problems associated with the collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations.
• Test reservation system functionality in automated reservation systems such as Recreation.gov and report findings as appropriate.

• The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Daily unpack, wash and dry new non-disposable and disposable glassware, plasticware, instruments, utensils, etc.
• Make scheduled rounds with hand operated carts to pick-up decontaminated non-disposable and disposable items from individual laboratory autoclaves and other designated locations.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• This position will provide support in overseeing the daily operations of complex fee collection program which includes entrance stations, campgrounds, central remit office, and traffic control operations. Staff reporting directly to the incumbent will include Recreation Fee Technicians, Lead Recreation Fee Technicians, and volunteer camp hosts.
• The position will analyze and evaluate the fee program operations and develop short and long-term plans for the fee program.
• The incumbent will lead collaborative recruitment efforts for all subordinate positions. The position is responsible for understanding and adhering to prescribed human resource policies during the recruitment process.
• The position will support fee program reviews to ensure that concepts outlined in RM-22 are being applied in daily fee collection operations. The incumbent will interpret visitor use trends and changing management goals to maximize efficiency of fee collection operations.

Selected Physician will serve the Veteran populations at both the Hyannis and New Bedford Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), requiring travel between the two Facilities.

The Staff Physician (Family Medicine | Internal Medicine | Primary Care), is responsible for maintaining professional, technical and administrative knowledge, competencies and skills to provide effective, timely, quality responses to patients' health care needs. The Primary Care Physician is responsible for the Veterans enrolled in his/her PACT.

Responsible for the primary care of assigned patient panel across the continuum of care to include: comprehensive health assessment; case management; continuity and coordination of care; patient advocacy and compliance with chronic disease, prevention and utilization indicators.
