Job Title: IT Trainer- Guilford- £40K
Purpose of the Job: As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with the Senior IT Trainer to deliver IT training and support to meet business needs, both remotely and on-site. This role involves designing and creating training materials, as well as preparing and delivering diverse training sessions to all users, including firm-wide roll-outs, new starter inductions, and ongoing user development.

Purpose of the Department: To support the firm's IT infrastructure for day-to-day business operations.
Key Tasks, Duties, and Quality Standards:
- Provide training on various legal applications, including Practice Evolve, Bighand, Isokon, Glocom (telephony), mobile technology, MS Office & 365, and cloud apps.
- Design, organise, set up, and deliver courses tailored to the needs of all staff.
- Conduct IT induction training for all new starters.
- Offer ad-hoc training support to users via remote and on-site sessions.
- Design, create, and maintain training materials.
- Collaborate with the IT Team on coordinating and supporting IT projects and system roll-outs, delivering necessary training.
- Assist with additional training administration.
- Learn, test, and monitor new system updates and changes.
- Assist in managing the setup of new users, providing appropriate system access and permissions.
- Assist in managing the archiving of users when they leave the firm.
- Help manage the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Travel to the firm's other six regional sites in Surrey and South West London to set up and deliver training as needed.

Qualifications:
- A formal IT training qualification is advantageous.

- Proven IT skills and experience in delivering training.
- Ability to explain concepts and procedures in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Knowledge of the Windows OS platform.
- Ability to quickly absorb new ideas and concepts.
- Capability to learn new applications to an advanced level.
- Interest in developing skills in digital learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional and flexible approach to work and colleagues.
