Mental Health Support Worker – Full Time, Permanent Position in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Support Worker in the beautiful county of Wiltshire. If you're located in or near Amesbury, Andover, Warminster, Fordingbridge, Tidworth, or surrounding villages, this role is within a 30-minute commute for you.

Key Duties:
Offer compassionate and empathetic support to individuals with mental health issues.
Assist clients with daily activities, fostering independence and improving quality of life.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients, adhering to safeguarding policies.
Essential Criteria:
No previous experience is necessary, but an empathetic and caring nature is crucial.

A strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including every other weekend.
