Operations
· Reporting to the Head of Operations, ensure smooth day to day running of the training centre.
· Lead a team of operations executives in process planning and execution.
· Take up Management Representative role for audits.
· Make operational decisions on the go.
· Train new comers on job demands.
· Ensure all binding obligations to SSG (SkillsFuture Singapore) and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) are met.
Training
· To take care of facilities of the training center.
· To liaise with trainers to ensure smooth documentation flow pre and post training.
· To maintain ISO29990 Standards of the training center.
· To maintain OSHA18001 Standards of the training center.
· To manage all training equipment and liaise with contractors for repairs and servicing.
· To manage Training Management System (TMS) within the training center.
· To perform scheduling task of trainers.
· To manage all training materials and ensure security of training materials.
Requirements:
· Must have a passion for the industry and leadership qualities to lead a team of executives.
· Understand the WSQ (Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications) system and/or having ACTA/ACLP will be an advantage.
· Diploma and above qualifications.
· Good presentation and people skills.
· Driven and motivated.
