We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitator to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs, supporting various departments, and continuously improving learning initiatives. You will oversee the entire learning process, from identifying training needs to monitoring and measuring success, ensuring that training is engaging, accessible, and relevant to the MCA SEA team.
Key Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery
· Develop and produce training programs aligned with company objectives.
· Conduct training sessions for employees across departments, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer.
· Develop and oversee training schedules, ensuring all participants have access to required learning opportunities.
· Define clear learning objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, setting measurable outcomes for all training programs.
· Choose appropriate formats (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led training, podcasts, infographics) to deliver content based on audience needs.
· Design comprehensive learning plans that ensure cohesive and structured training content.
Learning Support and Audience Understanding
· Provide learning support to MCA SEA and other relevant teams.
· Understand the audience by analyzing the specific needs of different departments and roles within the MCA SEA team.
· Ensure content is engaging and simplified, breaking it down into manageable, logically organized sections.
· Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure training materials are clear, user-friendly, and not overwhelming.
Tracking, Monitoring, and Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of all training, including attendance and feedback.
· Monitor, track, and measure the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
· Report on the outcomes of learning initiatives to key stakeholders.
· Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
· Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
Content Review and Improvement
· Review existing training materials, identifying areas of improvement to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
Must have skills
· Proven experience as an L&D Facilitator, Trainer, or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of instructional design and eLearning techniques.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content creation.
· Excellent English skills (writing & speaking) and presentation skills.
· Exceptional ability to engage with diverse audiences and customize training content to meet the specific needs and learning styles of various groups
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
· Proficiency in evaluating training impact and delivering data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Nice to have skills
· Experience working with international teams, especially in the SEA region.
· Familiarity with MCA SEA operations and business structure.
· Knowledge of gamification in learning and development.
