BUSINESS CONTEXT
Unilever International is Unilever’s White Space Arm!
As the ninth global cluster, we work across the world to fill white spaces for Unilever. We treat the business as our own.
As intrapreneurs, we introduce Unilever’s brands into white space geographies like Korea, Pacific Islands, Mongolia, and spearhead launches of iconic household brands like Dove, Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Fair & Lovely, TRESemme into big markets like U.S, China, Western Europe, and SEAA.
As Unilever’s growth engine, we establish global white space businesses in key channels such as Health & Beauty, Discounters, E-Commerce, and alternate channels such as travel retail, marketing to institutional partners like the United Nations, and seeding Unilever brands to overseas diaspora who crave for a taste of their familiar home brands.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Curating and Driving Learning Activities for Unilever International Globally – designing and implementing the learning agenda in collaboration with our HR business partners and working alongside our vendors& Unilever academies in managing operations for learning activities
- Planning and driving iconic employee engagement traditions/ events for learning for Unilever International
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curating and Driving Learning Activities & Engagement for Unilever International Globally
- Designing a world class learning agenda both in leadership and functional learning
- Learning content curation in line with the learning priorities
- Implementing innovative ways of learning while incorporating future fit market desired skills into learning curriculum
- Collaboration with our HR business partners in managing and implementing the learning agenda for Unilever International Globally.
- Managing enrolment and operations for learning activities; working with internal Unilever academies and external vendors for course creation and implementation
- Drive company culture by designing and implementing employee engagement activities for learning and leadership development
The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning, previous experience in learning curriculum creation
- Content curation experience in Learning
- Partnership management or direct program design experience with online learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn learning etc or University learning programs is a big plus.
- Eager to learn
- Great organisation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Agile and has high adaptability & flexibility
- Strong team player and great at delivery through collaboration
