The post holders will work under the direction of the MHST Service Lead and Practitioners within the project, across the secondary schools, special schools and our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) within the Fylde Coast footprint. Joint working with Options4CYP (Children and Young People) and other teams in the wider system will be essential, to support the emotional wellbeing and mental health needs of children and young people. All teams working on the Fylde Coast with children, young people and families have a strong work ethic of support for each other, with all team members seen as equals. The services have been established for many years and have now expanded to encompass Mental Health Support Teams, with a range of professionals and dedicated admin staff. We have an ethos of person-centred service for our clients as well as good self-care being encouraged within the team.
