What skills and experience we're looking for
We require Assistant Teachers with a varied skill set and welcome applications from candidates who have a secure knowledge base in either English, Mathematics or Science.
Previous experience working in a school setting or experience working/volunteering with young people age 11-18 would be desirable.

You will be responsible in assisting in students personal development by:
- encouraging positive attitudes and good behaviour
- providing feedback, pastoral and mentoring support
- encouraging perseverance and completion of tasks
You will work with the teaching staff to enable students to learn effectively and supervise lessons where cover is required due to staff absence.
