As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students in overcoming learning obstacles and reaching their maximum potential. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist students across various subjects.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to design, create, and implement customised learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes across all grade levels.
- Offer personalised learning support in accordance with a student-centered approach.
- Inspire and guide students, aiding in the development of essential attributes, skills, and knowledge.

You Will:
- Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or demonstrate a strong passion for working with students aged 11+.
- Possess knowledge of, or be willing to learn about, the National curriculum and additional support needs.
