- Incumbent's main job duty will focus on instructing patrons of a recreational facility in horsemanship, applying practical knowledge of equestrian activities.
- May be required to occasionally lead a trail ride.
- The rare possibility exists that incumbent may be required to assist with individual rentals, boarding, group events, special events, feeding, care of horses, or basic maintenance repairs of riding equipment.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle to deliver horses to special events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
