Leadership of the provision of specific aspects of learning and development within ACCT. This may include delivery of partnership modules, support of pre-registration students and other learners, leadership and management training and clinical skills development. Act as a role model and skilled practitioner to inspire excellence, constantly demonstrating the highest standards of care and professionalism. Provide an innovative and progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence based practice. To represent their specialty and at times their division in corporate wide forums, operational groups and committees, providing an expert nursing contribution. To work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the ambitions of the Trusts Strategic Plan.
