Leadership of the provision of specific aspects of learning and development within ACCT. This may include delivery of partnership modules, support of pre-registration students and other learners, leadership and management training and clinical skills development. We are an aspirational care group and plan for the future, your input will be essential to ensure we can deliver on our objectives. Operational leadership and management of specific educational requirements. Lead work streams for both quality improvement and financial value with regards to educational related activities. Promote and support staff to further their academic qualification level. In conjunction with other educators, ensure that we have support in place for pre-registration students and all learners with appropriate mentorship and supervision. Liaise and build relationships with the relevant Higher Education Institute(s) and external bodies such as Health Education England to ensure that RCHT meets learning requirements and participates in development. Liaise and collaborate with external agencies and other organisations to promote the development of education within the Sustainability and Transformation Plan. Act as a role model and skilled practitioner to inspire excellence, constantly demonstrating the highest standards of care and professionalism. Provide an innovative and progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence based practice. To represent their specialty and at times their division in corporate wide forums, operational groups and committees, providing an expert nursing contribution. To work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the ambitions of the Trusts Strategic Plan.
