About The Role

The Role:
As our IEC Manager, you will:
* Supervise and support students in the Intervention Education Centre, ensuring a calm, respectful, and structured environment.
* Work with students one-on-one to help them reflect on their behaviour and develop strategies for improvement.
* Support students on a reintegration plan, preparing them for a successful transition back into their regular classes.
* Organise work for students in line with their daily timetable, ensuring they stay engaged with their curriculum.
* Update Heads of Year on students' daily progress, providing essential insights for ongoing support.
* Collaborate with pastoral, welfare, and teaching teams to create individualised plans for each student.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate with staff, students, and parents regarding progress and support.
* Foster a positive, restorative approach to behaviour that aligns with our school values.

Who We're Looking For:
* We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a pastoral, behaviour management, or similar role within an educational setting.
* Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Can maintain a calm and positive approach when working with challenging behaviour.
* Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Shares our commitment to fostering a positive school culture.
