THE ROLE
The Corporate Training Multimedia Instructional Designer is a key role to the GRC Learning & Compliance team, with a specific focus in supporting training within Live Nation Entertainment’s learning management system (LMS) through their expertise in graphical design and animation. The primary responsibility for this position will be to create, maintain, and upgrade training modules and/or presentations that promote interactivity for an upgraded UI/UX experience, troubleshoot/QA issues with trainings, manage training translations, and assist management with training requests and requirements from stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO (in conjunction with the VP of Legal Affairs, Labor and Employment)
Creates animation & gamification to support instructional trainings for adult learning.
Applies subject matter expertise in instructional design and resource development, leveraging tested adult learning theories, methods, and practice.
Maintain the Live Nation branding in all animation & gamification buildouts.
Utilize multiple applications to organize training materials to stay organized within the Learning Team space.
Work with stakeholders across a global business to gather materials, update courses with new and exciting content, and monitor existing content for any issues or gaps.
Participate in the testing of updated training modules.
Proofreading communications for brevity, clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Work within GRC Learning team to complete tasks related to LNE’s training program.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development or Graphic design a plus
3+ years’ experience in Multimedia, Graphic Design or Instructional Design required
Excellent oral and written communication skills; enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Strong analytical skills
Strong organization skills
Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) design
Strong understanding of User Interface (UI) design
Exposure to eLearning software such as Articulate 360, SCORM and Storyline systems or other training software a plus
Detail Oriented: Brings the highest level of attentiveness to all work
Motivated: Takes ownership of tasks to complete them effectively and efficiently
Flexible attitude with proven experience working in a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite required
Ability to prioritize and apply appropriate resources where needed
Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast-paced environment
Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly
Ability to maintain confidential information
Proficient in training content creation
Experience with Gamification & animation a plus
