Key Responsibilities
In general, the HND Business teachers are required to teach the following modules:

· Sales Management
· Digital Marketing
· Product and Service development
· Integrated Marketing Communications
· Any other module as per requirement /HND modules as per Pearson’s latest specifications
However, this opening is for a teacher who has experience in teaching accounting modules at Level 4, 5, 6 and 7 and who can teach International Finance, Accounting Principles, Financial Decision making and other Finance/Accounting modules.
Main Responsibilities:
· Preparing and delivering lectures / lecture notes / teaching material as per the requirements of the course
· Meeting Awarding Body’s and Mont Rose College’s standards
· Providing tutorial and pastoral support for students across the Courses
· Preparing the students for different assessments including class tests, examinations and coursework reports
· Developing and delivering the schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plan to increase the learning experience for the students and uploading the same on VLE/Moodle
· Uploading lecture notes on VLE / Moodle
· Marking coursework and providing quality feedback to each student on time as per the requirements
· Answering student queries face to face and via email or by any other mean
· Assist the Programme Manager / Team Leader in various academic and administrative tasks
· Complying with the quality assurance and enhancement framework of the College
· Developing/amending various policies and procedures of the College
· Carrying out research related work and actively participating in various meetings including with External Examiners and other regulators.
· Performing all administrative and academic tasks related to the course
· Writing articles for MRC Academic Journal
· Any other relevant work.
