• You will prepare correspondence ensuring it is properly formatted and grammatically correct.
• You will prepare performance evaluations and fitness reports for all staff to ensure all reports are properly formatted, grammatically, correct and dispatched within the required timeframes.

• You will conduct advanced Information Warfare (IW) warfighting capabilities, readiness, doctrine and training analyses.
• You will assess Carrier Strike Group (CSG), Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), and Independent Deployer (ID) Post Deployment Reports to gain insight into shortfalls in existing doctrine and training for IW mission areas.
• You will manage and develop the command's capability assessment inputs and operational analysis products.
• You will analyze mid and post deployment briefs, C2X Sitreps, and strike group lessons learned and develop associated complex problem-solving methods to identify warfighting gaps.
• You will develop innovative analytical approaches, to be applied in the assessment of emerging capabilities and innovating solutions to IW problem sets.
• You will analyze IW related experiment and exercise data, mission essential tasks, doctrine and disseminate those products.
• You will function as a technical authority for IW related metrics used to evaluate Fleet IW readiness.
• You will represent Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in all matters pertaining to operations analysis, concept development, wargaming, experimentation, test and evaluation.
• You will conduct Navy-wide tactical level warfighting effectiveness assessments across the range of military operations and threat spectrum.

• You will provide a full range of clerical, administrative and customer services including general administration, office automation and clerical support.
• You will assist in development verification and coordination of student mustering, working with military to obtain needed input.
• You will prepare and coordinate physical storage of necessary directives, (e.g. instructions, notices, letters, and messages).
• You will maintain filing systems (e.g., telephone and circuit records, forms, databases) according to established procedures.
• You will assist staff with questions and issues related to administrative functions.
• You will prepare transfer packages, submit all documents in a timely manner and assure all required documents are included and completed.

Overall Responsibilities:

• To teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by the school’s curricular programmes - IB PYP, IGCSE and IB Diploma.
• To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School.

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years or more relevant full-time teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
• Candidate must at least possess Bachelor's degree and a Professional Degree in Teaching/Teaching qualification certificates (PGDE, PGCE, PGCEi, NIE Diploma)/Valid Teacher License/QTS.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience of teaching English for Secondary, IGCSE or IBDP.
• Experience in an international school environment (preferred).
• A passionate educator with the ability to deliver student-centred, inquiry based learning.
