We are looking for a personable individual who have a patient and positive attitude and who celebrates diversity. The role is to support the progress and learning of students in the Additional Needs Faculty. The successful candidate will provide additional, targeted support and provision, along with specialist, individualised support and provision to students. Specifically addressing a designated category of special educational needs and disabilities, as directed by the Assistant Headteacher Inclusion (SENDCo). Ideally, the successful applicants will have had some experience of working within a school setting and of working with children with learning difficulties; however, this is not compulsory as training will be given. Flexibility with regards to hours of work can be discussed at interview.

Learning Resources Assistant (Bodmin)
£21,351 – £21,955 pro rata
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to work in our busy College learning centres/libraries.
Successful candidates will be required to manage the communal spaces and conduct 1 to 1 sessions with students so should have an organised and approachable manor.
Applicants must have excellent IT and organisational skills, good customer service skills, and enjoy working with young people. The key duties of the post will be assisting in the day-to-day operations of the learning centres. Previous experience in a similar environment or within a library role would be beneficial but is not essential.
