JOB SUMMARY The post holder will work within our established Research Office as part of a team to deliver research studies as instructed by the Senior Research Team. These studies will be delivery at different locations across Sheffield. The post holder will be required to cross-cover colleagues within the PCS team to deliver academic and commercial research projects within various clinical specialties. This cross-cover will ensure continued delivery of the portfolio of research studies delivery by Primary Care Sheffield Research Office. The post holder will work under internal policies and standard operating procedures. • Plan and deliver the teaching and learning programme for all pupils within the class / unit withregard to the school’s aims, policies and schemes for learning.
• Provide clear structures for learning experiences and units that maintain pace, motivation,challenge and interest for the learners.
• Ensure effective teaching, establish high expectations of behaviour, achievement andattainment, using a variety of teaching and learning techniques and styles to engage andencourage the learners.
• Select and make good use of ICT for classroom / unit, management and assessment support.
• Understand how pupils’ learning is affected by their physical, intellectual, emotional, social andspiritual development and understand the stages of child development.
• Assess and record individual pupil’s progress with regard to the academy’s policy and use theinformation to set targets and inform planning.
• Provide reports on the progress of all pupils in the class to the Principal and parents as required.
• Be familiar with the Code of Practice and identification, assessment and support with speciale ducational needs.

- Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), Mainly SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health)

- Support students' educational and emotional development

- Adapt lessons to cater to varying abilities, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.

- Build positive relationships with both students and staff.

- Provide support to the primary staff in the planning and delivery of the Computing curriculum to improve subject knowledge.
