About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join the team at a local SEMH school. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children looked after children. The school is attached to a residential site with a maximum capacity of 8 pupils, currently accommodating 5 students ranging from Year 1 to Year 9.
You would be joining at an exciting time of growth with the wider organisation in the process of opening two brand new schools, giving opportunities for progression into a Lead Teacher role.
Key Responsibilities:Teaching a small class and deliver lessons across all subject areas using a primary model.

• Implement pre-planned lessons for the current term.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to help students re-engage with education and enjoy school.
• Work towards reintegrating students into mainstream settings or other SEN schools.

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and resilient teacher to join our team on a full-time supply basis at an SEMH school in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with varying needs, including mental health. Attachment disorder, foetal alcohol, speech and language and traits of autism and OCD.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with complex behaviours and SEMH needs.
• Plan and deliver tailored educational programs and interventions.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Support students in developing their social skills and emotional regulation.
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
