Working as a Commercial Gas Engineer covering the Reading to Swindon, Oxford to Southampton region, for this well renowned name in the Commercial heating sector, you will be delivering exceptional customer service to each client and clients site you attend. You will be working across a variety of sites and heating systems, including various plant rooms, school, hospitals, offices, manufacturing sites and much more. You will have good fault finding skills and the ability to diagnose and repair commercial heating systems and associated plant.

Job Description
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on Commercial and some domestic heating systems in commercial applications.
Fault diagnosis of commercial plant and systems.
Working within various premises including schools, hospitals, care homes and other premises.
Working across renewable heating systems, plant and components.
Providing reactive call out response when on call out.

Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Commercial Gas ACS: COCN1 or CODNCO1 and CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1
Domestic ACS too would be ideal: CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1
Experience in Servicing and repair across Commercial Heating systems, plant rooms.
Experience across Renewable systems including Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal and Biomass would be advantageous but not essential.
Air conditioning & Safe Handling would also be a bonus but not essential.

An experienced Service & Breakdown Engineer is required by a leading name in the boiler market to work across their region, carrying out Domestic Heating & Boiler repairs and servicing. The position will see you working on central heating boilers and some associated gas appliances in domestic properties, both private and some housing association homes too.

The role will see you at times fault finding, diagnosing and repairing boilers which some other previous engineers or other companies were not able to. In addition to servicing and repairing the Gas boilers and heating systems you will be delivering excellent customer service at all times representing the company’s image and brand in the market.

Overview of the role:
Diagnosis and fault finding on gas boilers and some associated gas appliances
Repairing of gas boilers
Replacement of parts
Servicing of domestic gas boilers
Completion of CP12’s
Central heating System diagnosis

Experience & Skills Required
Hold current Gas ACS Certificates – CCN1 & CEN1 / CENWAT1
Working as a gas engineer since qualifying and hold a valid gas safe register card
Previous boiler fault finding experience
Boiler fault diagnosis and repair
Solid and structured Boiler Servicing knowledge
General Boiler fault codes knowledge
Competent on Electrical safety checks and use of a Multi Meter
