Summary of Position

The Enterprise Networking engineer is a technical implementation role who will focus on delivering Enterprise Networking Technologies Data Centre, Wireless Routing & Switching, Software Defined solutions to new and existing customers.

The position will be a critical member of the Service Delivery team who designs and builds new Infrastructure. This role will work directly with customers to capture business requirements, share best practices, make recommendations, document the optimal design, provide trainings and build the approved solution.

This role may also support business development activities by providing demos or POV for the mentioned technologies below.

Responsiblities:

• Implementing network and security solutions: Responsible for implementing network and security solutions for clients, which may involve configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and other network devices like Aruba. Racking and Stacking network devices. Expected to handle small to mid-sized project.
• Troubleshooting network and security issues: Responsible for diagnosing and resolving network and security issues that arise for clients while deploying, which may involve investigating connectivity problems, configuration issues, and analyzing network traffic.
• Client management: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaboration with other teams: Working closely with other teams such as project managers and Operations team to ensure the network and security delivery is completed within the stipulated time.
• Technical Documentation: Responsible for creating technical documentation such as Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT documents. Signoff all the documents from clients for the project closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in network design/deployment.
• Excellent knowledge in Routing and switching, eg. BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN.
• Experience in wireless. Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime, MSE/CMX, DNAC, Ekahau Site Survey tool

Responsibilities:

• Understand the process and practices related to GNC support Templates and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ownership on critical incidents for customers to deliver resolution with in SLA.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to fix software and ensure that the environment is bug/vulnerable free by keeping system with up-to-date software.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Senior Security Project Engineer to join our Professional Services Team delivering Security Projects encompassing predominantly NAC, Firewall, PS and MFA solutions. Qualified candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in delivering such solutions. Accountabilities:

• Develop low level design document for the project delivery detailing the scope with the sensible technology write up.

Job Summary

The Senior Network Operations Engineer is an Operations role whom will focus on SLA driven Level 3 Incident Management which encompasses responding and resolution of Network, Wireless, Security Infra related issues. The position will be a critical member of the Operations team whom are the higher level and Sev 1 n 2 escalations to diagnose and troubleshoot fault incidents. This role will work directly with customers to gather the fault symptoms and provide the resolution or work around and share best practices, make recommendations, document the issues, provide root cause incident reports. The job scope includes extensive support to client network support team to perform activities in network health check, wireless testing, user issues, break fix, preparing Incident root cause reports.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Understand the customer’s network structure and become familiar with the Customer’s network implementation and support processes and procedures to ensure supporting a network with proper SLAs.
• Carry out migrations of existing setup, features, and configuration as required by the customer in a production/testing environment and help improve plans to implement new features to increase the network stability or user requirements.

Summary of Position

The Enterprise Networking engineer is a technical implementation role which will focus on delivering Enterprise Networking Technologies Data Centre, Routing & Switching, and Software Defined solutions to new and existing customers. The position will be a critical member of the Service Delivery team who designs and builds new Infrastructure. The Senior Network Operations Engineer is an Operations role whom will focus on SLA driven Level 3 Incident Management which encompasses responding and resolution of Network, Wireless, Security Infra related issues. Responsibilities:

• Understand the process and practices related to GNC support Templates and Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to fix software and ensure that the environment is bug/vulnerable free by keeping system with up to date software.
• Troubleshoot production issues and network problems to fix any user related issues and work with principal vendors and customer to provide the resolution with in the proposed timelines.
