This joint venture is looking to recruit Site Engineers with highways/ structures and drainage experience. As a Site Engineer you will collaborate with the setting-out team, oversee junior engineers' growth and performance, and work closely with senior staff and the Sub-Agent to address technical issues on-site. You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets contractual standards.

Requirements:

• HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE)
• Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills
• Experience in heavy structures or drainage is essential for this role
• Holder of CSCS card

My client is seeking a site engineer to aid in the setting out and QA work of a large commercial development in Oxford City Centre. This project has a good site team due to the size of the job, perfect for someone who works well in team environments. Pipeline for work is particularly strong and there will also be the opportunity to move on to other projects in the local area across the Thames Valley region. The ideal candidate will have good experience in high quality finishes, a good understanding of programme and experience in managing a large team of sub contractors.
