Title: Site Facilities (Infrastructure) Maintenance Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (1 hour lunch break, unpaid)
Salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + Overtime + Extensive benefits please see below.
The Company:
This international food manufacturing company is seeking a site services maintenance engineer to take responsibility for all maintenance, servicing and project work on their large industrial FMCG site in Milton Keynes.
The site itself is a fast-paced manufacturing site with high technology products and highly regulated processes. Within the small maintenance team you will be responsible for pitching in where needed to cover all facilities including HVAC systems, Air Handling Units, Chiller Equipment, Boilers, Steam Boilers, Plumbing and more.
The role:
This role will combine the daily / weekly upkeep of the site itself, from planned site servicing, reactive / breakdown maintenance to large scale projects including installation of heat recovery water battery, suspended ceiling and roof reconditioning, a new air compressor systems and more.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years + experience working on the infrastructure of an industrial site.
- Previous experience working with Air Compressors, Boilers, HVAC systems, Air Handling Units, Chiller / Refrigeration Equipment, Boilers, Steam Systems, waste / water waste systems, CHP and waste heat boiler, Reverse Osmosis Plants .
- Experience working in an industrial setting, preferably within FMCG manufacturing.
