Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge and experience in general fabric maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
