Responsibilities:

• Communicate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to Client’s and Class requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identifies, troubleshoot problems and performs root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects in order to take effective corrective and preventive

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the E-house components of the FPSO project. Coordinate with engineering interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of E-house systems.
• Be the first point of contact for any E-house related engineering issue.

Responsibilties:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard pertaining to the project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents & weekly updated drawing register from document controller and distributes to project QA personnel
• Administers the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Oversees the daily assigned project mechanical and HVAC related construction works and review the daily inspection
• Oversees the assigned inspectors work performance and make sure the completions of tasks are as per the project plans and schedules
• Deploys QA inspectors for project inspection activities
• Liaises with Owner and class pertaining to quality related issues and technical and technical calibrations and queries
• Handles and resolves quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue Improvement note, where necessary
• Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• API 570. CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
• At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical interfaces between separate groups of assigned projects
• Responsible for the control and coordination in assigned projects
• Responsible for the review and evaluation of drawings and/or documents submitted by consultants, contractors and vendors related to works
• Familiar with Government related submission; NEA and ISO standards
• Ensure the Yard Infrastructures work comply with relevant authority regulation and code of practices
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend for improvement works or enhancement to plan for Upgrading work
• Supervise and ensure contractor follow safe operating procedure, work Instruction and risk assessment
• Prepare budget cost for yard development project & upgrading works
• Keep track of project cost expediture
• Any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years working experience or Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant working experience
• Working experience related to Marine and Offshore industry is an advantage
• Experience in the management and supervision of related field of projects
• Familiar with BCA and Singapore Standard code of practice
• Knowledge in Basic budgeting skills, and financial analysis skills
• Computer skills in MS Windows environment including Word, Excel, Power Point
• AutoCAD drafting skill is an advantage
