The Opportunity:

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in growing ERAU’s social media presence related to increasing enrollment across the university.  This position works closely with various departments to ensure that Embry-Riddle’s social media communicates the university's message and brand effectively.

In addition, this role will help manage digital advertising campaigns and reporting in tandem with assigned media buyers to promote Embry-Riddle’s programs and initiatives.

As a key member of the Digital Strategy team in the Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategies department, this person reports to the Associate Director of Social Media Strategy.

This in-person position is responsible for content creation, editing written and graphical elements and posting across all ERAU social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and social media engagement, with a strong background in data and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy for the university, in line with overall enrollment marketing goals.
• Manage social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) and ensure they are updated regularly with relevant and engaging content.
• Execute a solution-focused approach to moderation of online commentary on social media – both positive and negative.
• Contribute to the creation of content calendars and capitalizing on social media trends to align with ERAU enrollment goals.
• Assist in creating detailed reporting of social media and digital advertising analytics monthly including recommendations of ways ERAU can improve social media and digital marketing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all social media and digital advertising content is on-brand, aligned with the university's voice and messaging, and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Work with university leadership to manage crisis communication through social media channels.
• Stay up to date with social media and digital advertising trends and innovations and recommend new strategies to stay ahead of the curve for the university.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in media, marketing, communications or a related field
• 1+ years of experience required managing large-scale social media accounts, preferably in higher education or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices and platform algorithms.
• Preferred experience with editing both photos and video within Canva or a similar platform.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Preferred experience with Sprout Social or other social media management software. 
• Demonstrated skill in writing and editing, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate ideas and s clearly and effectively to teams/stakeholders. 
• Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.  
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

The Senior User Experience Engineer will work closely across the Digital, Design & Innovation organization and collaborate with the Lines of Business and cross-functional partners to bring the future of Fifth Third Bank to life.

As a key member of the User Experience Engineering team, the Senior User Experience Engineer serves as a bridge between design and development, ensuring the delivery of simple, delightful and inclusive mobile-native experiences at scale. This role will work within an Agile environment, coding prototypes and polished production-ready interfaces for Android, while keeping UI pattern reusability in mind as part of an enterprise design system. The Senior User Experience Engineer will also be a key contributor to the delivery of accessible mobile user interfaces, with a strong focus on ensuring all new functionality adheres to WCAG AA requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across functions (Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and User Researchers) to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.

• Build reusable components for Android that support fully accessible experiences.

• Architect efficient and reusable components and abstractions.

• Work side-by-side with UX designers to ideate on concepts and bring designs to life.

• Perform regular design and code reviews and participate in debugging and coding to resolve issues

• Have a solid understanding of user experience design and serve as an advocate for the discipline across teams

• Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teams

• Work with multiple agile teams to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience while providing value to the business

• Ideal candidate for this role is highly encouraged to find ways to cultivate and share knowledge and best practices with peers and collaborators

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:

• 6 or more years of experience in a field that directly or readily translates to the responsibilities of this role

• Ability to write high performance production quality code.

• Experience with the latest and greatest mobile native standards for Android, Jetpack Compose, Java, Kotlin.

• An understanding of the principles of accessibility and can build products that are accessible to users with disabilities.

• Strong sense of user interface design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience

• Ability to manage tasks with varying priorities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additionally, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for collaborating with multi-functional teams within our Global Customer Support organization to understand and be critical to our customer and business needs from end to end.

The Field Service Engineer is a remote field-based position with daily travel to our customer locations within the assigned territory. Ideal candidates will reside within a 30-mile radius of Denver Colorado. Company vehicle provided. 5% overnight travel possible and a valid driver’s license is required.

Accountabilities of The BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer 1 role:

• They will provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities within the region and in accordance with our customer support agreements, best-in-class of DHA/DoD facilities

• Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues regarding proprietary hardware and software system components, retain ownership of the work order, escalate issues to the team lead and manager; log, track, and document all work order activity, and be capable of fully supporting all products within the region.

• Execute a preventive maintenance program, provide limited multi-functional support for our Sales and Implementation teams, and other support activities as applicable to the role

• Demonstrate a moderate use of competency and an appropriate ability to tackle hardware and software problems

• Provide efficient field services to all BD customers in a timely manner, including but not limited to installations, in-servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, and sales support

• Maintain proper and accurate small parts inventory for the purpose of service and follow approved policies and procedures for inventory controls

• Provide accurate and timely documentation that details field activity, expenses, time distribution and other information as required

• Continue training and self-development to learn the products and applications of the company for success in the role, advance skillsets, and attend management approved seminars and training sessions to advance to the next level in 2-3 years

• Maintain company assets (car, tools, and inventories) securely and in working order

• Possess and maintain a solid understanding of corporate and service department procedures and policies, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.

Qualifications for the BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer 1 role:

• Associate Degree in Healthcare Technology or other technical field, or 3-5 years of related work experience

• 3-5 years of combination Hardware/Software/IT experience supporting both proprietary and standard applications

• 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment, required

• Good mechanical, computer, verbal, written, and time management skills, required

• Computer electronics, Windows OS, network experience, required

• Customer Support Certification, a plus

• Prior experience working as a hospital pharmacy technician or in a hospital Bio-Med environment, a plus

• Prior military Bio-Med experience, a plus

• Prior Automated Teller Machine (ATM) experience, a plus

• Must be able to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal degree of supervision

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

Title:

KBR is seeking a SIGINT Systems Engineer to be part of our team supporting our customer in Chantilly, VA that delivers mission-critical capabilities directly supporting intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems.  We command spacecraft and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to US Government Intelligence Community and Military users.

The SIGINT Systems Engineer serves as an advisor to support the Government in defining new mission requirements, performing classic Systems Engineering sub-tasks such as Requirements, Configuration Management, Integration, Verification, Validation and Test (IVV&T), Risk and Readiness.  This position envisions representing the Government team and working with development contractors in performing all aspects of agile software development, CI/CD pipelines and deployment of mission software to operations. The Ground Enterprise embraces innovation and agile software development in a relentless effort to meet intelligence needs and shorten the timelines to provide actionable critical information to US Government decision-makers.  This is a position of trust advising the US Government and supporting critical missions in SIGINT, COMINT, FISINT, and ELINT. 

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Define SIGINT requirements

• Develop and coordinate CONOPS of SIGINT mission planning and scheduling systems

• Write and translate requirements into Epics/Features based on emerging customer needs

• Understand system-to-system interfaces and function as an Integrator

• Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures

• Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies

• Identify risks and opportunities

• Facilitate readiness, release planning events, and demonstrations in support of system and acquisition-level sprints and increments

Title:

KBR is looking for a Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA to support an exciting opportunity within the NRO. The candidate will provide satellite systems technical engineering and programmatic support for all lifecycle phases for programs, to include studies, within a major US Government small satellite systems program office. The individual will support the government customer in the development and assessment of system trades, requirements and interfaces; design and development activities; integration and test activities; requirements verification; and future mission operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess the technical and programmatic development of Space Vehicle systems, subsystems, units, and CONOPs
• Support the COTR in programmatic and contractual decision-making for best value to the Government as well as manage post-award contract to include review of CDRLs for sufficiency and accuracy and generate ECPs
• Assist in developing Pre-Award documentation (Request for Proposal, Statement of Work, Milestone Payment Plans, Section L and M and technical specifications) and evaluating proposals to ensure contractor proposed designs meet requirements
• Lead System-level trade studies
• Engage in the oversight of anomaly adjudication and resolution to support program decisions, including design, manufacturing, PMP, MA, test, and analysis activities
• Analyze Space Vehicle requirements, their flow-down, and traceability.  Assess readiness for design, manufacturing, and test events.  Review qualification and acceptance test procedures and supporting data analysis.  Appraise verification and validation plans and make recommendations to the Government on adequacy and sufficiency
• Assess technology readiness level to support program evolution
• Support risk and opportunity identification and assessment and work with contractor to close identified risks on a reasonable timeline
• Support preparation for and participate in prime- and subcontractor-led technical and management meetings
• Work with other acquisition and operational offices as needed to coordinate end-to-end system performance assessments of communication services and subsystems
• Coordinate resolution of common technical and programmatic issues as necessary with other acquisition offices
• Work as part of a team and coordinate and collaborate with other program office subject matter experts, contractor developers, technology development offices, program managers, and contracting officers

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Space Vehicle IPT, or equivalent organization, on a development program
• Experience with MRR, TRR and unit sell-offs
• Experience with launch and SV checkout
• Understanding of launch campaign and on-orbit initialization planning and execution
• Experience working in satellite systems program office or satellite development facility
• Ability to generate pre-award documentation to support RFPs and Source Selections and modifications to awarded contracts with minimal oversight
• Minimum 5 years of General Systems Engineering experience throughout the SE “V” to include Requirements Generation, Decomposition, Allocation, Verification, Evaluation, Test, and Closure with accompanying processes of Risk and CM
• B.S. in a technical field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, physics
• Minimum 5 years of experience with satellite bus electronics with emphasis on RF communications subsystems
• Experience with IC and DoD customer sets; coordinating difficult issues and bringing closure

Desired Qualification:

• Experience as Space Vehicle IPT Lead through the entire lifecycle of a development program

Title:

KBR is seeking a Sr. Architecture Systems Engineer to join our team supporting our customer in Chantilly VA that delivers mission-critical capabilities directly supporting intelligence-gathering missions from NRO overhead systems.  We engineer spacecraft command and control systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to US Government Intelligence Community and Military users.

As a member of our team, you will perform classic systems engineering functions within the architecture team of the Ground Enterprise Directorate.  Activities may include architecture and system definition, use of CAMEO and related Model Based Systems Engineering and architecting applications, engagement with acquisition offices, coordination of interfaces and the creation of architecture level products to support major system acquisition processes across the space and ground programs spectrum. 

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Support and advise the customer in developing enterprise-wide strategies addressing challenges and exploiting opportunities, drafting future architecture plans, identification of threats, challenges and opportunities

• Create, deliver, and maintain architecture descriptions, digital models, CONOPS, and other architecture products as appropriate

• Support the enterprise-wide budget planning process via the development, coordination, and issuance of enterprise architecting guidance in accordance with enterprise-wide strategies

• Lead enterprise-level working groups to support the development and buy-in of new or enterprise implementation of existing capabilities

Title:

KBR is seeking an Acquisition Program Support Engineer to be part of our team supporting our customer in Chantilly, VA that delivers mission-critical capabilities directly supporting intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems.  We command spacecraft and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to US Government Intelligence Community and Military users.

The Acquisition Program Support Engineer serves as an advisor to support the Government in defining new mission requirements, conducting performance and cost trades and conducting source selection activities across multiple mission domains.  The Ground Enterprise embraces innovation and agile software development in a relentless effort to meet intelligence needs and shorten the timelines to provide actionable critical information to US Government decision-makers.  This is a position of trust advising the Government source-selection authorities very large cost programs of unprecedented complexity. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Writing the Statement of Work for an upcoming major system acquisition (MSA)

• Defining proposal acceptance criteria, monitoring developer’s cost, schedule, and performance during execution, reviewing CDRLs, and providing innovative acquisition recommendations to solve challenging issues with the optimal courses of action

• Overseeing Task Order execution on large IDIQs developing enterprise software and services and delivering platforms and frameworks

• Advising Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) on developer performance through cost, schedule, and performance analysis and evaluation

• Translating Agile software development Solution Epics into system requirements and decomposing high-level artifacts into achievable program epics for developer release planning

• Identifying risks and providing unique courses of action to solve complex technical problems

• Reviewing contractor submissions for technical accuracy and providing government personnel detailed critical analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

• BS/BA 10 to 12 years, or MS/MA 8 to 10 years, or PhD 5 to 7 years

• Experience with IC and DoD program software acquisition lifecycles

• Experience with pre-acquisition through contract regulations, execution processes, tools and guidelines.

• Experience conducting analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and Trade Studies

• More than five years of experience in Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), with focus on acquisition support (structure of contracts, execution of task orders and IDIQ contracts, the government competitive acquisition process)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with National Reconnaissance Office missions, systems and operations

• Experience using Confluence, JIRA, Atlassian commercial tools

• Experience or training with agile software development and acquisition approaches, structures, deployment methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFE).

• Experience with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)

The Opportunity:

As an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Safety Officer Communications Dispatcher your primary task is to provide a safe and secure campus for the students (residential and non-residential), faculty, staff, contractors, and guests. You are also tasked with protecting Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s assets, facilities, property, business interests, and reputation. These goals will be accomplished by taking a service-oriented, community-building educational approach. Our objectives include deterrence, detection, timely response, effective action, and accurate reporting. All members of the Prescott Campus Safety and Security Department are expected to project a professional appearance and demeanor in all their interactions with the campus community and the public.

Team support duties including but not limited to: Operate the Campus Safety and Security Dispatch Center, responding to requests for service. Operate two-way radios, monitoring/transmitting on all frequencies. Coordinate responses to emergencies. Coordinate response with other agencies/departments. Coordinate responses of field personnel to all types of calls for service. Assist patrol supervisors with monitoring of field unit activities. Prioritize dispatching and response to calls for service. Assign proper personnel to calls for service. Resolve problems (both dispatch/logistic and campus community.) by drawing on knowledge and experience, common sense and creativity.

Monitor, retrieve and update data in various computer systems: Computer Aided Dispatch System (CADS) ARMS (Automated Record Management System) ONYX Works.

Monitor and operate alarm systems: Receive and respond to alarm activations. Determine and dispatch appropriate emergency units. Provide information to responding personnel regarding various alarm types. a. Emergency b. Fire c. Intrusion d. Robbery (Hold Up) Notify responsible person(s) of alarm activations in their areas. Initiate calls for after-hours maintenance of alarm systems. Monitor video surveillance system of critical areas.

Your Job Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of relevant business support and/or information technology support experience. Advanced experience designing, installing, maintaining and configuring network infrastructure and applications specific to Cisco and service providers such as AT&T.
• CCNA, CCNP required
• CCIE preferred

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Support MMG Growth: Designs and deploys network and voice communications systems following existing best practices and actively communicate changes within the IT infrastructure to all effected parties proactively and in an effective manner. Establish and maintain strict testing and deployment methodologies for IT Operations. Develops and provides statistics on success and impact of changes. Creates, implements and manages activity control matrices for each technology in the Network domain.
• Disaster Recovery/Business Continuation: Design and implement the processes to establish and maintain appropriately available network operations environment with primary focus being on HIM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and email systems. This includes controlled observation and evaluation of new technologies and methodologies. Schedules tests and documentation revision quarterly. Provides reporting to management.
• Capacity, Configuration and Architecture Management: Develop the roadmap and standards for the MHS Cisco LAN, WAN and Wireless environments. Document all standards and configurations. Responsible for designing and maintaining all MDFs and IDFs. Proactively manage system capacity through the use of monitoring tools and statistical analysis. Generate and manage system life cycle recommendations and funding requests. Train TOC staff to maintain Technical Operations Center support on-site at the Data Center 24X7.
• Availability/Incident Management: Leads the timely resolution of problems on IT Operations network hardware, software and circuits. This includes auditing and maintaining the system operations in accordance with all regulatory requirements with primary focus on confidentiality and HIPAA Security Regulations.
