- You will serve as a primary technical expert engaged in requirements analysis and long-range planning for energetic/chemical manufacturing programs/projects, within the M4 Division.
- You will provide oversight and guidance as well as demonstrated knowledge of explosives and energetics manufacturing.
- You will apply expertise of explosives, energetics, and chemical synthesis principles, as well as in the development of innovative ideas, safety strategies, operations research, risk analysis, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- You will provide oversight and technical expertise by providing advisory opinions to resolve technical and operational problems and facilitate long-range planning requirements.
- You will perform staff advisory, consulting and reviewing services to management on process recommendations, safety improvements and technical matters.
- You will support a manufacturing organization.
- You will be required to report to the duty location advertised in the announcement on a regular and reoccurring basis. Occasional telework options may be available
