YOUR ROLE:

The Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support Cloud Infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement Cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Azure/Kubernetes. Senior DevOps Engineer will be expected to conduct workshops with client to identify their challenges, come up with transformation roadmap and deliver technical solutions while coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customers with reliable solutions
• Configure, maintain, and support the infrastructure both Cloud and On-Premises.
• Install, maintain, and support the various CI/CD, security and testing related tools
• Develop multi-stage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and frequent releases to production; help delivery teams automate their build and deployment to cloud
• In some cases, act as a system administrator on different operating systems
• Document, and share knowledge on developed DevSecOps solutions
• Collaborate with clients and other PALO IT teams to understand client requirements, design comprehensive end-to-end approach, and implement DevOps solutions that meet client’s needs.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strong Unix / Linux / Bash knowledge
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, e.g. technologies, deployment, costing, HA/DR, etc
• You should be able to coach delivery teams on DevOps principles, e.g. CI/CD, test automation, release automation etc. and engineering practices, e.g. TDD, BDD
• Well versed with at least one of the public, private or hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Google Cloud (GCP)
• Strong exposure on container technologies (eg: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AKS, Openshift etc..)
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code using various tools including Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CFN, ARM etc
• Experience with developing and implementing processes to handle releases from development to operations while respecting internal rules, and offering solutions for rollback etc
• Hand-on experience in designing , developing and migrating CI/CD pipelines (eg: Github Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines etc..)
• You have a good understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures and DevSecOps practices which support relatively complex distributed systems
• Good understanding of monitoring and hands-on experience of setting up and configuring monitoring tools (e.g. ELK, Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk)
• Good to have strong RDBMS and NoSQL skill in deploying and fine-tuning such as MySQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch.
• Overall, 6-10 years of experience in platform automation, applying various DevOps principles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer specializing in large language models at LawNet Technology Services. You will be at the forefront of operationalizing and scaling our AI capabilities. This role demands a unique blend of skills in machine learning, software engineering, and cloud technologies to efficiently deploy, monitor, and manage our large language models in production. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our AI services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines tailored for large language models, ensuring seamless transition from development to production.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI researchers to automate and optimize the model training, fine-tuning, inference and evaluation processes for our large language models on cloud infrastructure.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI/ML Engineer at LTS, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven products and services. We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure that serves our custom LLMs for a variety of use cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable backend services on AWS to support efficient training and inference of our LLM.
• Keep abreast of developments in AWS or other services to manage the LLM training and inference operations.
• Develop and optimise APIs to facilitate communication between the LLM and frontend applications for user interaction with functionalities from a variety of use cases.
• Design and implement data pipelines for efficiently moving training data to and from the LLM training environment on AWS (e.g., S3 Buckets, EFS storage).
• Integrate containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) for managing the LLM inference environment.
• Configure and implement robust security practices within your backend services to protect the LLM and user data at rest and in transit.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an NLP Engineer at LTS, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven products and services. We're seeking a skilled Data/NLP Engineer to join our team to develop and drive a data strategy to optimise model performance and manage the data pipelines for training and evaluating our custom LLMs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with domain experts to understand data sources, formats and structure.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and MLOps Engineers to understand data requirements for LLM training and inference.

Supervisory Healthcare Engineer (Compliance and Innovation Unit Supervisor) collaborates directly with the Deputy Chief Engineer, Chief of Engineering Service, executive leadership, medical staff, nursing staff, and other clinical personnel regarding the design of the environment for medical care. They ensure that all hospital maintenance, repair, construction, and process improvement projects comply with a multitude of accreditation and regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, those promulgated by the Joint Commission (TJC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Supervisory Healthcare Engineer is a key engineering advisor reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Engineer. The Supervisory Healthcare Engineer is a responsible leader and a member of the Compliance and Innovation Unit (five member unit) and is relied on for authoritative advice on all aspects of planning, coordinating, preparing, and reviewing maintenance and repair proposed solutions and site layout designs, drawings, and technical specifications in support of VALB projects.This position provides matrix management support and technical expert consultation to the Deputy Chief Engineer for all issues relative to the areas listed above.

The Supervisory Healthcare Engineer makes recommendations to the Deputy Chief Engineer for final approval. The Supervisory Healthcare Engineer also works closely with peers in other section/service lines to meet their project needs as internal customers and the needs of external customers as well.The role entails evaluating processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, assessing existing processes, creating process ideas to reduce waste and improve process rates, designing and testing process upgrades and new systems, and ensuring operations comply with safety and quality standards. Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation, improve process capabilities and optimize process performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of financial models, particularly VaR and Stress Test models, to bolster our risk management capabilities.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to pinpoint risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Compute and report Daily Profit & Loss (P&L), Exposure, and VaR, ensuring compliance with risk management policies.

• Provide clear explanations on P&L movements breakdown to stakeholders.

• Reconcile trades to verify accuracy in trading records and statements/recaps.

• Conduct monthly reconciliation of realized profit & loss, collaborating with other departments as necessary.

• Communicate risk metrics to trading teams, offering insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.

• Support risk management system and projects, contributing to tool development and process enhancement.

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of counterparties by examining their financial standings, business histories, credit ratings, and external factors.

• Examine, draft, and negotiate credit, collateral, and payment terms for ISDA Master Agreements and CSAs with counterparties.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

QALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Oil & Gas trading industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, physical commodities, and derivatives markets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, and Power BI, or similar data visualization software.

• Capacity to critically evaluate models and methodologies.

• Prior experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong team player with a meticulous approach to work.

Project Management
