Job Description :-
· Responsible for day-to-day operation and planning manpower allocation based on job requirements
· Arrange logistics for deliveries and provide photo reports for job completion
· Source materials and spare parts as a purchaser when needed
· Proficient in reading drawings for steel and piping work
· Flexible in adapting to changes in job scope
· Inspect and prepare quotations for workshop fabrication, vessel port calls, anchorage work, and
voyage jobs
· Manage production teams and subcontractors for efficient job mobilization
· Prepare project schedules and oversee project activities for timely completion and quality
· Negotiate and liaise with vendors and suppliers for best prices and availability of materials
· Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance
· Monitor project budgets and expenses for cost-effectiveness
· Maintain documentation and records related to project activities and operations
· Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements and innovative solutions
· Foster teamwork and effective communication to create a positive work environment
· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations for a safe working environment
Requirements :-
· Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent
· Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
· Quick learners who take ownership of diverse projects and continuously acquire new skills
· Forward-thinking professionals who seek challenges for self-improvement and assisting others
· Able to travel overseas for Project discussion and management
. Have driving license is a bonus
