You will be required to provide pre-planned maintenance as well as conducting remedial repairs of VRV/Fs, AHU/FCUs, cold rooms and associated plant within Hospitals, Universities, Sports Stadiums and other large commercial sites within the M25 and surrounding areas. Additionally you will be tasked with attending breakdowns of systems as part of an on-call rota.
