Job Title: Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

Are you a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering are working with a leading provider of facilities management services, who are seeking a talented professional to join their mobile contract team as a Refrigeration Engineer. As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing various refrigeration systems and equipment.
Package:
- Competitive up to £44,500 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- Overtime & out of hours on call available

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, including HVAC units, cold storage units, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems and implement effective solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work carried out on refrigeration systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when working with refrigeration systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the work carried out
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in refrigeration engineering, including F Gas Cat 1 (essential) & Co2 (desirable)
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, with a track record of successfully installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- A full UK driving licence
