Administration Assistant - Finance Shared Services
Hybrid/ Epsom (minimum 3 days per week) | Finance Shared Services | Fixed Term Contract - 6 months | Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week

We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Finance Shared Services team, on a Fixed Term contract of 6 months. This role supports Credit Controllers, Business Admin Managers and runs alongside the Charity's vision of a Service Centre providing excellence in administrative support to all stakeholders.
We are looking for a positive and professional candidate, with experience in dealing with high-volume workloads within a financial environment. You will bring strong communication skills, computer literacy and attention to detail.
As our Administration Assistant - FPSC you will:

Make payment of Invoices via Token - Hospital/Wellbeing/Consultants

Resolve Self Pay/ PMI queries.

Convert Patient PMI Excesses into Patient Self-Pay Liability

Provide Patient receipts/Copy Invoices

Deal with Sales Force queries

Deal with correspondence of patient complaints
-
Ad-hoc administrative requests

Responsibility for PDQ/PEDS inventory for Hospital/Wellbeing Estate

Accurate notes being added to all relevant Hospital systems (PIMS/TRAKCARE)
