An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and efficient Exams Officer to join our Exams department.
The successful candidate will line manage our Exams Administrator and a small group of Exam Invigilators.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed professional to oversee and manage all of our examination processes which will require effective liaison with Exam Boards, students, staff and Senior Management.
Candidates must be flexible, have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A high level of IT proficiency is particularly important, as is experience working in an exams department.
The post holder would be required to work 37 hours per week, full year.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Based in the Finance team at the Sparsholt Campus, the post holder will be part of the team responsible for recording and collecting all income due to the College including administering the College’s online sales portal and credit control.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a good standard of Education (minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent).
- Be competent in the use of computerised systems.
- Be self-motivated with a tenacity to achieve results.
- Be confident in talking to people on the phone
Excellent team working, customer service and communication skills are essential.
Support with undertaking accountancy qualifications would be considered.
