Our Cloud Site Reliability Engineering) team is looking for an experienced and passionate Engineer to join out Consumer Servicing and Engagement Platform.

As an application level SRE, you'll be an active and leading member of a cloud-focused team of engineers - working on one of the Group's flagship projects to run and maintain a set of products and services on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that will enable the business to realise the next generation of services that form the Bank's future vision.

Accountabilities will include:

• Delivering against GCP and SRE Public Cloud technology roadmaps

• Collaboratively working with other engineering teams to release and evolve enterprise-class solutions, that are reliable and evergreen as cloud technologies continue to mature at a fast-pace.

• Being responsible for the operations of a large set of critical banking services (including 24x7 coverage by participating in on-call rota)

What you'll do…

• Help to build out permanent capability in the engineering team to support build of the EPM (EPBCS) components for the Planning team. The roles will replace existing contractors in the Planning Team, initially prioritised on the Cost & Investment management use case.

• Solid understanding of Cloud hosting and awareness of integration/ connectivity

• Experience of full end-end Oracle EPM (EPBCS) implementation with development and scripting capabilities

• Good knowledge and development experience with Out-of-Box modules like financials, workforce and Strategic modules of Oracle cloud planning would be advantageous

• Experience of writing complex calculation scripts/business rules independently to model various business planning and forecasting requirements within the Oracle EPM Cloud

• Build integrations with discrete Oracle and non-oracle data sources and applications for upstream and downstream data ingestion and flow.

• Building Data Management setup and configuration for consumption and outflow of data to/from EPM

• Extensive SQL knowledge for ETL and migration of data

We are seeking to recruit a Radiographer to provide cover in a busy department within the trust. The post holder will be required to work out of hours and weekends, evenings and night shifts.

The post holder will be expected to actively take part in completing CPD.

Consultant Interventional Radiologist

Applications are invited for a Consultant in Interventional Radiology.

The successful applicant will join an enthusiastic team of 8 full-time IR Consultants and participate in a 1:9 IR on-call rota covering Vascular and non-Vascular interventions. The department enjoys close working relationships with Vascular Surgery, Urology and a wide range of other surgical and medical specialities. Core skill set will include nephrostomy drainage, embolization for haemorrhage control and endovascular interventions for peripheral vascular disease. Experience with EVAR is desirable. Interests in gastro-intestinal interventional radiology would be welcome with a growing demand for these procedures. Similarly North Bristol NHS Trust performs around 100 PCNLs per annum. The department has close links with neighbouring Trusts, and provides a regional on-call service delivered through NBT. There may be opportunities for some elective daytime cross-site working.

North Bristol NHS Trust is the regional Major Trauma Centre and a requirement of the post is proven ability in the endovascular management of traumatic haemorrhage. Our department is an essential part of NBT’s Major Arterial Centre and of the Bristol, Bath and Weston Vascular Network. North Bristol NHS Trust has one of the largest renal transplant units and one of the largest urology departments in Europe. Experience in vascular intervention including endovascular management of peripheral arterial disease and haemodialysis access and a skill set of non-vascular interventions, including insertion of nephrostomy will be required.

North Bristol NHS Trust is inviting applications for a full-time Consultant Uro-radiologist; this is a replacement post as a result of retirement. The Trust employs over 8,000 staff, delivering healthcare across Southmead Hospital Bristol, Cossham Hospital, Bristol Centre for Enablement, and within the local community of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The successful post holder will join an enthusiastic and cohesive uro-radiology team, becoming the 5thsub-specialist. The department is expanding the fast-track pre-biopsy MRI prostate service and offers the full range of uro-radiology diagnostic and interventional services. We offer a high-volume, high-quality service, for example 150 multiparametric and biparametric prostate MRIs per month.

The team provides uro-radiology for the regional and supraregional urology services for the South West, both uro-oncology and benign urological disease with urogynaecology sub-specialities. There are 24 Consultant Urologists delivering over 1000 urology cancer resections annually The Bristol Urology Institute operates within NBT and has a strong track record of international research In addition, North Bristol Trust is the regional Level 1 Major Trauma Centre and the appointee will join general body diagnostic colleagues to support acute radiology services.

NBT is the largest radiology unit in the region comprising 50 consultants and 24 SpRs from the Severn School of Radiology, including fellowship level trainees in neuroradiology and interventional radiology, supported by 135 radiographers and 70 non-medical staff.
