Staff are currently being trained in Open Dialogue which is a new way of working and has so far brought a refreshing change of perspective for staff working in the CMHT. This new approach is likely to lead to improved wellbeing for both staff and patients.

• Provide medical input as required to patients under care of the Community Mental Health Team and will attend CPAs for enhanced patients and provide urgent assessment/advice as required.
• Lead regularly on screening of new referrals to the team (rotational responsibility between the Consultants).
• The post holder would be expected to actively participate in service/team evaluation and the planning of future service developments.
• Empowers the team to resolve local issues on a daily basis using the tools and method of quality improvement without staff having to seek permission.
• To manage, appraise and give professional supervision to junior medical staff as agreed between consultant colleagues and the medical director and in accordance with the Trust’s personnel policies and procedures. This may include assessing competences under the Modernising Medical Careers framework.
• To participate in service and business planning activity for the locality and, as appropriate, for the whole mental health service.
• The postholder will join the Consultant on-call rota. This is currently 1:30 (non residential) and is remunerated with a 3% category A supplement and 0.5 PA in addition to 10 PA sessions.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will work within our amazing Estates team, managing a small team of Area Wardens to deliver reserve management

You'll be involved in:

* Overseeing the day to day delivery of conservation activities on the reserves in Weald and Blean areas.
* Managing the process of developing and producing reserve management plans and accompanying work programmes.
* Trialling new approaches to delivery to maximise biodiversity benefit while minimising cost, such as re-wilding or other lower
intensity management practices.

Downer Rail a leading name in the manufacturing and maintenance of rolling stock across Australia has exciting opportunities for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Maryborough, you will be reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager.
This position will be a key interface for the Downer Head Office finance team
 have primary responsibility for the financial management of the Project Forecast Cost at Completion model, profit & loss, forecasts and budgets, financial modelling and analysis.
In this role you will have the following:

Managing costs across overheads and the project streams being supported and ensuring appropriate controls are in place
Driving business ownership of financial forecasts and budgets
Contribute the strategic direction of the finance function with particular emphasis on driving the embedded business partner model, driving change and demonstrating the behaviours necessary to achieve the outcomes required
