Full time, 12 month Training Course

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust work alongside Coventry and Warwickshire MIND to deliver the NHS Talking Therapies (Formerly IAPT) service across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic health professional to train as a High Intensity therapist within Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust’s Talking Therapies service. The service provides primary care psychological therapies for clients experiencing a range of common mental health difficulties.

This is a training role within the NHS Talking Therapies (Formerly IAPT) Programme . The post-holder will work within the NHS Talking therapies service providing high intensity interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role. This intensive training post will equip the post – holder to provide a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) service to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. The post- holder will work in the service for three days of the week using the newly developed skills whilst attending the training programme for the other two days.

The dates are as follows: Application to Coventry University following successful shortlisting by 2nd October 2024. An academic screen will then take place on 16th October 2024, Interviews will be offered to all candidates that are successful following the academic screen and will be interviewed jointly with Coventry University colleagues between 6th and 7th November 2024.

The Cancer Services Department is looking for a Band 4 trainee Cancer MDT and Data Coordinator for a fixed term 12 month contract position.

The post holder will work within the Cancer MDT and Data Coordinators team and work towards developing the competencies to undertake the Band 5 post that is described in this Job Description and in the Band 5 Person Specification attached as Appendix 1.

To distribute meeting schedule to all core and extended members of the team. Keeping a comprehensive diary of all MDT meetings that are booked in advance.
• Ensure that all new cancer patients are discussed at MDT, by preparing the list of patients for discussion at each meeting. Collecting referral proformas, faxes or names from the secretaries and MDT members. To distribute the list to core team members in advance of each meeting.
• To ensure all necessary documentation for the patients to be discussed are located in advance of the meeting. This includes: Travelling between sites and accessing the various medical information systems to
locate case notes and investigation reports. Obtaining case notes from wards, medical records, clinicians’ offices and from other Trusts.  Collecting reports of required investigations and films from the various hospital departments. (X-ray, pathology).
• To attend MDT meetings and ensure required records are kept (attendance records, MDT proformas etc are filled in by the clinicians) and copies added to the patient notes. Ensuring that any agreed action points are noted during the MDT for follow up action.
• To ensure that case notes and all other documents are returned to their proper location after the meeting.

Are you ready for an adventure? This is an opportunity to be part of a focused development program designed to launch successful careers in Commercial Banking. This position is focused on preparing you to be a successful and productive Commercial Banker in one of Commerce Bank’s high growth expansion markets: Cincinnati, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Nashville.

During the program, you will spend approximately one year embedded with our Corporate Commercial Banking teams in our St. Louis headquarters while also residing in that city. Additional time may be required depending on the applicant’s prior education and experience. Once you’ve completed the program you will be transferred to one of our expansion markets.

You’ll work alongside our commercial banking teams and bank executives to help our customers solve their everyday financial needs. Don’t have commercial banking experience? Don’t worry. Essential Functions

• Participate in cross-functional rotations across various business lines to leverage and develop leadership skills while also gaining an understanding of the commercial bank and commercial payments solutions

• Attend community and business functions, participate in networking groups to ensure a positive image for the bank and grow key networking with contacts in the marketplace

• Collaborate with commercial banking teams and product partners to identify prospective clients’ financial needs and add value through a full range of products and services

• Support the comprehensive management of existing commercial relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

• Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, negotiating/pricing, collateral, ensuring adequate loan documentation, and analyzing industry/credit risk

• Maintain loan reporting and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Basic knowledge of the banking/accounting/finance field

• Basic analytical skills using financial and accounting principles

The Risk Operations Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. Responsibilities:

• Activation and maintenance of locally approved credit obligors in the credit system
• Preparation of credit approvals (CA) document in the credit system based on the data provided by the RM and Risk for Annual Review, Interim, Extension and Initial following the established procedures, policies and checkpoints;
• Input and maintenance of approved credit facilities in the credit system (e.g. facility creation, allocations/re-allocations, facility amendment, cancellation, classification, special handling instructions, and updates using “As Of” functionality);
• Ensure that the credit approvals are obtained and in compliance to the credit policy.
• Review and rectification of data exceptions.; month-end adjustments on credit facilities via "as of" functionality. Monitoring, completion/filing of fully approved workflows;
• Monthly reporting of Expiring CAs and Expired CAs;
• Checking of approval for Classified Credit Review if in compliance to the credit policy.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Neurodevelopmental Practitioner (Autism & ADHD)- Band 4

Permanent, full time / part time role

This post is an integral part of the Neurodevelopmental Service, working across the school age and pre-school teams. You will be working with Children and Young People who may be waiting for an assessment or have had an assessment and diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD along with their families.

The role of the Neurodevelopmental Practitioner requires a highly motivated and organised individual to organise, coordinate and support group intervention and lead on some of our Parent/Carer and Child/Young Person group sessions. You will be required to support families who are both waiting for assessment or have received an assessment and/or a diagnosis for their child by providing information and advice as appropriate. You will complete clinical work under the supervision of experienced clinicians within the team.

The role also includes a number of administrative duties including the collation, analysis and reporting of data both for assessments and interventions with in the team. You will also support the assessment process for our children and young people by collating information from home and school for the diagnostic clinicians.

The post sits within a wide multidisciplinary and multiagency team across Coventry and Warwickshire. You will be working within community settings such as schools, clinics and family homes. You will be supported by a team who have a strong commitment to clinical supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and offer proactive and innovative environment. The multi-disciplinary team includes Psychology, Speech and language Therapy, Psychiatry , Nursing and Occupational Therapy.

The post holder will work as part of the ‘Rise Service’ under the supervision of a qualified clinician.

The service is for children and young people experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional well-being as well as children and young people with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ASD and ADHD). Rise has a multi-professional and Multi agency workforce which works across Coventry and Warwickshire.

This post has been created to support the clinical pathways in the Neurodevelopmental Services. The pathways focus on group work for both parents and for the children and young people themselves. The post holder will co-lead groups with senior clinicians as well as work with the clinical coordinator in the team to organise and arrange the groups. A key part of the role is recording, analysing and reporting outcome data from the group to inform commissioners and service development.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy and the ability to manage a mix of clinical and administrative tasks with a flexible and adaptable attitude.

As travel is an integral part of this post, car owner/driver, or suitable alternative transport to enable you to undertake the job is essential.
