Are you a social worker, OT, nurse with current professional registration?
We are looking for people to apply who have a clear passion to want to make a difference and are motivated and enthused about working with young people and families. We are a service that is known for being creative and responsive to the needs of our young people, who no matter what level of need to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health receive the right support as they need it.

To work within a multidisciplinary team offering full comprehensive assessments and intervention in a range of settings and evaluate the mental health care to children, young people and their families in line with local and national guidelines.
To provide regular and on-going consultation, joint work, training and advice to other agency staff in relation to child and adolescent mental health to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
You will hold a caseload of young people with complex mental health needs and will take responsibility for providing assessments and therapeutic treatment programmes for these individuals. You will have a proven ability to liaise with and work in collaboration with other relevant agencies according to the needs of the young person.

Embedded in our model are pathways that are built upon Evidence based practice and ensure a supportive supervision structure that allows for effective care delivery as well as the development of staff skills and knowledge.

You will be a qualified professional with current registration with a relevant professional body.
Experience in running groups and assessment skills would be advantageous or a willingness to access training in these methods of intervention.
