About the Role

Duties / Accountabilities

• Perform premium settlement and refund
• Perform premium collection and prepare credit control progress reports
• Prepare month end closing vouchers
• Prepare accounts reconciliations and follow up outstanding items
• Assist in regulatory reporting
• Maintain adequate filing system and perform assigned clerical tasks

Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word  
• System knowledge in AS400 is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Education/Work Experience

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• LCCI Third Level or higher professional accounting qualification
• At least 1 year of work experience in accounting
• More experience will be considered Accounting Analyst
