Experienced Care Assistants are required to work in Swanick. The Care Home provide short term residential care setting that can accommodate 39 residents with Illnesses related to Old Age. You will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Ideally, you'll have experience of working in a care/dementia setting or you may have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), however, this isn't essential as full training will be provided. Care Assistants are required to work for a small but busy care home housing up to 35 residents. Based in Staveley, you will work as part of the team following individual care plans and reporting any arising issues.
