As a Senior Client Outreach Specialist, you will partner with Guardian General Agencies to help drive referrals and improve the customer experience through proactive outreach to existing clients. You will also work to test our new client retention and lead generation efforts!

You will
Partner with General Agencies and Financial Representatives to
Deliver high level of support to clients and prospects
Collaborate with General Agents, Financial Representatives, and staff members to help drive sales and service clients
Service Park Avenue Securities accounts including brokerage and advisory
Participate in Lead Generation efforts
Handle inbound service calls
You have
5+ years life insurance and/or wealth management sales and support experience
Strong insurance, retirement and/or wealth management knowledge
Series 7,66 or 65 and 63
Life and Health Licenses
College Degree or relevant work experience
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with strong sense of accountability
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet services
Fluent in Spanish a plus

Salary Range
$66,130.00 - $108,640.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
