We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team.
This role involves partnering with the heads of our commercial business units and leading the commercial finance team and providing financial insight to support understanding financial performance and driving business performance.

Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Tender Process: Be the key person in the tender process, challenging P&L view and advising and shaping the commercial story for negotiation.
- Contract Setup: Support the commercial team in ensuring the contract setup is appropriate to protect MMI EBIT and implemented correctly.
- Process Compliance: Support the commercial team with GO process compliance.
- Business Unit Support: Be the primary contact for the relevant commercial business unit head, providing necessary support and insight to optimise commercial performance.
- Performance Management: Challenge and influence the commercial team performance on volume and EBIT.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee and coordinate the budget and forecasting process for key accounts and overall for the commercial team. Provide insight into drivers of change in budget/forecasts for commercial.
- Reporting: Coordinate completion and report commercial monthly performance, calling out key drivers of change versus budget for wider business understanding. Communicate month-end reporting with necessary BU Heads, driving added value actions as a result.
- Team Leadership: Work with other senior members of the commercial finance team to lead the team, driving improved performance by developing the team to continually improve and drive efficiencies.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with the wider controlling team, improving ways of working, sharing knowledge, and aligning objectives.
- Deputy Role: Deputise where necessary for the Head of Commercial Finance.
Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (required)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to challenge and influence decisions
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment, with high pressures and changing priorities
- Tenacious and resilient
